कामको विवरण

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to company quality standards.

  2. Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient table service.

  3. Operate coffee machines, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and effectively.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, dining area, counters, and equipment.

  5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

  6. Manage cash/card payments, prepare bills, and maintain accurate transaction records.

  7. Coordinate with kitchen and café staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

  8. Monitor stock levels of beverages, food items, and supplies and report shortages to management.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 11AM-8:30PM

    Working Days: 6 days a week
