Job Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and greet guests warmly, provide professional table service, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

2. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar.

3. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while maintaining proper serving standards.

4. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup before, during, and after service.

5. Respond to guest requests, questions, and special requirements politely and efficiently.

6. Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and service team to ensure smooth and timely operations.

7. Check guest satisfaction during service and promptly report or resolve any issues or complaints.

8. Follow restaurant policies, hygiene standards, service procedures, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

   Note:

   Duty Hour: 10 Hours a day

   1 Senior Waitress / Captain Level – Experienced and capable of leading the service team.

   2 Mid-Level Waitresses – Experienced in restaurant service with good communication and customer-handling skills.
