1. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them on time.

3. Prepare basic coffee and beverages (Barista knowledge required).

4. Assist in the bar section when needed — bartender skills will be an added advantage.

5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and equipment.

6. Communicate fluently in English with guests and team members.

7. Promote menu items and demonstrate strong sales and upselling skills.

8. Must be a Kathmandu-based candidate, punctual, and dedicated to the job.

Note: Candidate must be Kathmandu-based and willing to commit for at least 2 years. Applicants with bartender skills will be highly preferred.
