Present menus, answer basic questions, and assist in taking food and beverage orders under supervision.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with casino service standards and procedures.
Clear and reset tables, ensuring a clean and organized environment at all times.
Assist with bar service and learn basics of beverage presentation.
Observe and follow security, hygiene, and safety regulations strictly.
Maintain awareness of VIP guests, high rollers, and guest preferences.
Support buffet setups, events.
Attend daily pre-shift briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or F&B managers.
Note:
Duty hours: 8 hours.
Working day: 6 day in a week.
