Job Description:

1. Welcome and greet customers politely, assist them with seating, and take food and beverage orders accurately.

2. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally according to the customer’s order.

3. Check on customers during their meal and provide attentive service according to their needs.

4. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and served on time.

5. Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, dining areas, cutlery, and service equipment.

6. Handle customer bills and payments accurately and ensure proper delivery or completion of orders.

7. Clear and clean tables after customers finish their meals and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
