Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and assist them with food and beverage selections.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Respond politely to customer requests, answer menu-related questions, and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and ensure tables are ready for the next guests.
Process bills and payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and follow cash handling procedures.
Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, food safety, and teamwork.
