Greet and welcome guests warmly, present menus, and assist them in selecting food and beverage items.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, service stations, and equipment before, during, and after service.
Process bills and payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, following established cash handling procedures.
Comply with company policies, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards while working collaboratively with team members.
