Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
Supervise and support junior waitstaff to maintain high service standards and teamwork.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally.
Ensure all tables are properly set up, clean, and maintained according to restaurant standards.
Present bills to guests, handle billing inquiries, and process payments accurately (cash, card, or digital).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and any dietary or allergen information.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
