Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the waiter/waitress team to ensure efficient and professional service.

2. Allocate daily duties and table assignments while monitoring staff performance and service quality.

3. Ensure guests receive courteous, attentive, and timely service throughout their dining experience.

4. Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

5. Monitor table presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall service standards.

6. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and appropriate manner.

7. Verify orders, bills, and payment-related details to ensure accuracy and proper procedures.

8. Provide guidance and training to junior service staff and report operational matters to the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor.
