Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Present menus and explain food and beverage options when required.

3. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.

4. Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.

5. Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to their requests.

6. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized.

7. Clear and reset tables efficiently.

8. Handle guest complaints politely and inform the supervisor when necessary.

9. Prepare and present bills accurately and process payments as authorized.

10. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.

11. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

12. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service.

13. Upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.

14. Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
