कामको विवरण

  1. Deliver food orders to the kitchen and beverage requests to the bar promptly.

  2. Serve food and beverages to guests according to their orders.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant area.

  4. Ensure cutlery, glassware, and other essentials are stocked and replenished at all stations.

  5. Follow instructions and directives from the Manager or Supervisor.

  6. Recommend and provide information on drinks such as cocktails, wines, and specialty brands.

  7. Assist the F&B Controller in inventory management and maintaining required stock levels.

  8. Inform guests about promotions, offers, and reward programs while handling feedback and complaints professionally.
