• Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues or complaints professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and order of the dining area, tables, and service stations.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.

• Process payments and issue receipts correctly.

• Follow all restaurant hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.

• Upsell additional products or promote daily specials to maximize sales.

• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant before and after service.
