1.Design and develop appropriate tools to identify different training needs and gaps at community schools

for school stakeholders' capacity building,

2.Collaborate with district team members to design, develop instructional and training packages for school

level and finalize training package,

3.Review TTQIE program existing different training packages and updates on regular basis,4.Collaborate and coordinate with different training institutions including government for effective package

development and delivery process,

5.Design, develop different instructional and training manuals, guidelines and materials adopting modern

learning styles and approaches,

6.Incorporate safeguarding, Gender Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) and DRR cross

cutting theme into the training package.
