Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn basic casino gaming operations, procedures, and customer service under the guidance and supervision of experienced gaming staff.

2. Learn and practice the rules and procedures of assigned games, including the proper handling of cards, chips, and gaming equipment.

3. Provide courteous and professional service to guests and maintain a positive gaming environment.

4. Follow all casino policies, gaming regulations, security procedures, and responsible gaming standards.

5. Assist in keeping the gaming table and surrounding work area clean, organized, and properly prepared.

6. Handle chips, cards, and other gaming equipment carefully and according to established procedures.

7. Observe gaming activities and immediately report any unusual, suspicious, or irregular activity to the relevant supervisor.

8. Follow instructions and feedback from supervisors to improve gaming skills, accuracy, and customer service.

9. Maintain punctuality and work according to assigned shifts and departmental schedules.

10. Actively participate in all required training, practical sessions, and performance evaluations.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8 hours

    Working Days: 6 days a week

    3 months of training will be provided by the company in Kathmandu, followed by placement at the company’s Bhairahawa location upon successful completion of the training.
