2. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on installed devices to ensure optimal functionality and adherence to safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during or after installation.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installations, configurations, and troubleshooting activities. Provide detailed documentation to the customer and internal teams as required.
4. Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of GPS and MDVR systems with existing vehicle systems.
Requirements:
1. Technical Expertise: Basic concept of wiring and Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems is a plus.
2. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in the automotive or fleet management industry, is highly desirable.
3. Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or relevant vocational training in electronics or automotive systems is highly desirable.
