कामको विवरण

  1. Lead and guide team members to achieve assigned targets and organizational goals.

  2. Set clear objectives and delegate tasks effectively based on team members’ strengths.

  3. Monitor daily performance and ensure productivity standards are maintained.

  4. Maintain smooth communication between management and team members.

  5. Motivate, support, and encourage team members to enhance performance and teamwork.

  6. Identify and resolve conflicts or issues within the team professionally.

  7. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to improve skills and efficiency.

  8. Manage workflow, track progress, and ensure projects or tasks are completed within deadlines.

Note: Duty Hour – 9 hours per day.
