Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality customer service.

2. Lead, guide, and manage the waiter team and Waiter Captain, ensuring proper coordination and staff discipline.

3. Assist with guest service during busy hours by serving customers whenever required and maintaining a flexible approach to operations.

4. Build strong guest relationships by handling inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery and seamless restaurant operations.

6. Monitor staff performance, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures.

7. Demonstrate a humble, positive, and professional attitude while supporting the team, resolving operational issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

   Note:

   Duty Hour: 7 AM - 5 PM

   Working Days: 6 days a week
