Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service at all times.

2. Monitor staff performance, provide training and guidance, and ensure employees follow hotel policies and procedures.

3. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high guest satisfaction.

4. Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

5. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and overall hotel quality standards.

6. Prepare staff duty schedules, manage shift assignments, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.

7. Assist hotel management with daily reports, inventory control, operational planning, and implementing procedures to improve service quality and efficiency.

   Note:

   Duty Hour: 6 AM - 6 PM

   The candidate must be proficient in spoken English.
