👥 Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
📋 Handle candidate recruitment, conduct initial interviews, and assist with staff onboarding and scheduling.
📢 Plan and execute restaurant marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
🤝 Assist the Restaurant Manager in operational, administrative, and staff management responsibilities.
📊 Monitor staff performance, maintain discipline, resolve workplace issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
⏰ Duty Hours: Shift-based – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Preferred Requirements (Optional):
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant supervision or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication, and marketing skills.
Ability to manage staff, candidates, and daily restaurant operations effectively.
