Overall management of Supper Club operations.
Manage restaurant, bar, lounge, and guest service operations.
Supervise, train, and coordinate the entire hospitality team.
Manage VIP guests and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle reservations, table arrangements, and customer flow.
Coordinate events, parties, and special functions.
Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Manage inventory, stock control, and wastage.
Ensure high standards of food, beverage, service, and ambiance.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and discipline.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, F&B, and service teams.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and company standards.
Develop strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
Note:
Duty Hour: 9 Hours (Evening Shift)
Candidates with experience as a Bar Manager, Super Senior Bartender, F&B Manager, or Restaurant Manager can also apply.
Previous experience in a Supper Club, premium restaurant, lounge, bar, or similar hospitality establishment is highly preferred.
