1. Operate and manage the store and factory inventory efficiently.

2. Maintain proper documentation including VAT bills, challans, and purchase bills.

3. Prepare and update accounting reports such as purchase ledger, sales ledger, import ledger, and production reports.

4. Generate VAT bills accurately and in a timely manner.

5. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials following standard procedures.

6. Issue materials to production or departments as per requirements.

7. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of all goods in the store and factory.

8. Coordinate with accounting and production teams for smooth workflow and reporting.

Note:

• Two-person operation: 1st person timing 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 2nd person timing 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
