Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and maintaining food quality standards.
Prepare and supervise Continental and Chinese dishes with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Supervise, train, and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure proper mise en place, portion control, recipes, and cooking techniques are followed.
Monitor food quality, freshness, stock usage, and wastage to maintain food cost.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely preparation and smooth food service.
Take responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and ensure all standards are maintained.
Duty Hour: 11AM - 8PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
