Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Hotel Mirage Regency in Kathmandu. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, preparing high-quality dishes, training kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety standards are met on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including menu creation and food preparation
  • Proven experience of 3+years in a similar role as a Sous Chef
  • Leadership and training skills for kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Creativity and passion for creating exceptional dishes
  • Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience
