● Process Warranty Claims submitted by our customers as per our warranty policy,

● Update claims in the Job Card,

● Collect and deliver claim batteries on a daily basis,

● Communicate with customers regarding battery servicing, and present them the findings and any concerning results,

● Prepare daily battery check report and update the report logbook,

● Regularly test and charge batteries in stock to ensure they’re working properly,

● Maintenance of the battery stock starting from an adjustment of battery to shifting of the battery in godown,

● Fill up the Service Run log time sheet, Service Register Form (SRF), Battery Issue Form Pad and K.M Log book file as and when needed,

● Maintain a clean, safe working environment,

● Any other tasks as assigned.
