Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Assign duties to waiters, monitor service quality, and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant supervisor to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Train, guide, and motivate the service staff while ensuring adherence to restaurant policies and service procedures.
Monitor cleanliness, table setup, and overall dining area presentation to maintain high hospitality standards.
Assist the service team during busy hours, ensure effective teamwork, and support daily operational and closing procedures.
