• Provide administrative assistance supporting a high volume Service team.
• Asks relevant questions regarding repair or service requests to ensure proper servicing of the vehicle.
• Open RO’s, build estimates, review technician notes and update customer information.
• Close RO’s, accept payments, assist customers with credit/financing options.
• Promptly addresses and resolves customer concerns and service follow-up issues.
• Maintains open communications with our technicians, management team and customers regarding job/repair status changes.
• Building productive working relationships with fellow employees through clear communications.
• Promotes cooperation and teamwork among technicians and support staff.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly manner, provides customers with sales materials and educates them on company promotions.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealership’s satisfaction
• Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service.
