We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Restaurant Setup & Service

1. Ensure tables, service stations, café, garden, and pool dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.

2. Ensure adequate availability of cutlery, crockery, glassware, condiments, and other service items.

3. Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.

4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

5. Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining cleanliness throughout service.

6. Assist with basic beverage preparation and bar support when required.

7. Operate the POS system for order entry and billing/settlement.

8. Maintain smooth shift handovers by communicating pending orders, table status, and guest requirements.

9. Assist with additional service, setup, cleaning, and operational duties as assigned.

10. Carry out instructions provided by the Manager or Supervisor.

Guest Service

1. Provide excellent and personalized service to guests in accordance with company standards.

2. Assist guests with food and beverage selections and provide accurate information about menu items.

3. Recognize regular guests and understand their preferences where appropriate.

4. Handle guest requests, comments, and complaints professionally and report them to the Supervisor when required.

5. Maintain professional grooming and a positive attitude at all times.

6. Promote a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.
