कम्पनी नीति अनुसार तलबको बारेमा अन्तर्वार्तामा छलफल गरिनेछWe are korean restaurant based in thamel and we are currently in search of a "SENIOR WAITER ". This is great opportunity for those willing to pursue his/her career in hospitality industry (supervisory role training provided)
1. Planning, training and assigning work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance/standard of the restaurant.
2. Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints and report them.
3. Must participate in recruitment process .(advertising, interviewing, selection & hiring)
4. Inventory management- must be involved in daily stock management operation.
5. Preparing timely reports as required by the management.(sales, petty cash transaction,.etc.)
6. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions set by the management.
7. Regulate opening, preparing (lunch, dinner) closing procedures according to set standard.
8. Maintaining dress code, personal hygiene and code of conduct to standard of the establishment.
9. Organizing roster with manager, to meet the demand of restaurant.
10. Cash Handeling (Process daily sales transaction, maintain cash drawer & petty cash.)
Ensure an effective communication to maintain updated information within F.O.H team and the kitchen department
Follow policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
-Must have completed SEE
-Must have experience as waiter (above 3 yrs.)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
-Must be able to work 10:30am-10:30 pm shifts.
