Scope of Work:

Efficient data collection and quality data are central to a research project. This requires extensive knowledge and skills in developing data collection tools  in coordination with research team members. There is a need to develop a standard guideline for data collection, train data collectors and supervise them with regular data monitoring through daily reporting as well as data storage system. Supervision and data reliability checks based on ethical standards are both on-site and remote, which requires a planned schedule.  And there is a need for effective communication, reporting and recording of events related to data collection.

Job Specification:

1. Master’s degree in Statistics/Data Science/ Child development with 5 years of professional experience in data management.

2. Advanced knowledge and skills in developing databases and application-based data collection tool

3. Excellent in Microsoft Excel and SPSS skills with basic knowledge of statistical software- R programming and Stata.

4. Good report writing, training and presentation skills.

5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali..
