कामको विवरण

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and perform advanced servicing, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of motorcycles and scooters.

  2. Diagnose complex engine, transmission, clutch, brake, suspension, electrical, and fuel-system issues and carry out appropriate repairs.

  3. Supervise and guide junior mechanics, assign daily tasks, and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.

  4. Conduct quality inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all bikes are safe, reliable, and roadworthy.

  5. Manage the proper use and replacement of spare parts, tools, tyres, batteries, and other mechanical components.

  6. Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs, parts used, vehicle condition, and maintenance history, and report major issues to management.

  7. Ensure the workshop follows safety, cleanliness, and operational standards, while supporting the team in maintaining efficient workshop operations.
