Job Summary

The Senior Bartender is responsible for delivering excellent beverage service, preparing high-quality cocktails and drinks, maintaining bar standards, and supporting the bar team in daily operations. The role requires strong product knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages to established standards.

2. Provide professional and friendly service while engaging with guests.

3. Ensure consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control.

4. Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily bar operations.

5. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and requisitions.

6. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and service areas.

7. Train and guide junior bartenders and bar staff.

8. Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.

9. Follow responsible alcohol-service and workplace safety procedures.

   Note:

   Duty Hour: 9 hours

   Working Days: 6 days a week

   The position is based at a 4-star property. Relevant experience in a similar-standard hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
