Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.

• Handle wholesale customers and maintain good customer relationships.

• Take orders and provide customers with product, price, size, color, and stock information.

• Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments.

• Prepare, check, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.

• Maintain basic records of orders, sales, stock, and customer details.

• Coordinate with the production/stock team regarding product availability.

• Handle walk-in customers when required.

• Preferably be able to handle social media, including replying to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok messages and basic posting.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, messaging apps, and social media.

• Organized, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and orders.

• Basic computer/Excel knowledge is preferred.

• Previous experience in sales, wholesale, retail, clothing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
