Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact distributors daily to obtain updates on goods dispatch and delivery status.

2. Confirm stock availability with distributors before taking or confirming orders.

3. Collect retail counter orders from the market and record them accurately.

4. Coordinate with dealers and the internal team

5. Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with Line Manager

6. Prepare and process distributor purchase orders as required

7. Submit daily sales and field activity reports to the company.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Experience in distribution, wholesale, or retail will be an advantage

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preference will be given to candidates familiar with local market dynamics
