·         Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry (Chocolates, Cakes, Biscuits)

·         Must have independently selected and managed at least 2 distributors in Pokhara Valley and 4 additional Distributors in the nearby location

·         Must own bike and valid driving License.

·         To help dealer achieve sales target

·         To select and develop a team of salesman

·         To ensure secondary sales as per the target

·         Responsible for timely payment collection from the parties

·         To provide daily report  to the company

·         MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
