We are looking for female interns to join our candle shop for a hands-on learning and sales internship.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable candle products and fragrances.

3. Develop knowledge of different candle products, fragrances, features, and benefits.

4. Handle customer inquiries, sales, orders, and basic shop operations.

5. Maintain attractive and organized product displays and ensure products are properly presented.

6. Support inventory management, stock checking, and daily sales-related activities.

7. Assist in achieving assigned sales targets through effective customer interaction and product recommendations.

8. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.

9. Support the team in day-to-day store operations as required.

Initial training will be provided by the company, and the intern will receive practical guidance on product knowledge, customer handling, sales techniques, and daily shop operations.
