Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Online Chat Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, direct messages (DMs), and comments across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp to convert leads into sales.

2. Live Session Management: Conduct regular live streaming sessions on social media platforms to showcase new arrivals, demonstrate clothing fits/styling, answer real-time questions, and drive sales.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer orders, assist with size guides and product recommendations, and manage post-purchase inquiries (such as order status, exchanges, or returns).

4. Content & Feed Support: Assist in taking product photos/videos, creating daily stories, and posting visual content to keep social media channels active and visually appealing.

5. In-Store Customer Assistance: Greet and guide walk-in customers through the store, offer personalized styling suggestions, and deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience.

6. Order Processing & Inventory Coordination: Record online orders accurately, coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery, and monitor stock levels of popular items.

7. Sales Target & Reporting: Strive to meet daily and monthly sales targets, and provide daily summaries of online inquiries, live session performance, and completed sales to management.

   Duty Hour: 8 Hours
