Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable plants, pots, gardening products, and accessories.

2. Explain product features, prices, availability, and basic plant-care information to customers.

3. Handle sales transactions, billing, cash/card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.

4. Keep plants, pots, products, and the sales area clean, attractive, and well organized.

5. Monitor product and plant stock and inform the supervisor about low-stock or damaged items.

6. Follow up with customers, provide excellent service, and support sales and promotional activities.

7. Achieve assigned sales targets and perform other duties related to store operations as instructed by management.

   Note:

   Duty Hour: 8AM-6PM or 10Am-8PM

   Working Days: 6 days a week

   Salary increment after 3 months based on performance.
