Welcome customers and provide information about plants, pots, gardening products, and accessories.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plants and products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through active selling.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and product stock.
Coordinate with the store team to provide excellent customer service and perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
Note:
Duty Hour: 8 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 8 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary increment after 3 months based on performance.
