कामको विवरण


  1. To achieve sales target in the assigned territory.

  2. Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

  3. Visit the market regularly to monitor competitive brands & collect market and customer information.

  4. Seek new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.

  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.

  6. Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

  7. Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.

  8. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

  9. Prepare data & Sales Report.

  10. Maintain up to-date track / records of the existing customers, suppliers & competitors. 

  11. Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the government tenders.

  12. Negotiate the terms of an agreement beneficial for both customer and the company and be able to close sales with clear payment terms.

  13. Ensure timely payments of Sales made.

  14. Appoint new channel partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to the customer.

  15. Liaise with dispatch department and stay abreast of goods in stock.

  16. Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders

Key Skills & Qualification :

  1. B.Com, Graduate in Business. Non Graduate can be considered, provided they have exceptional experience.

  2. Minimum 5 years of Experience in sales - similar industry 

  3. Passionate about selling and desire to deliver results

  4. A positive, confident and determined approach

  5. A high degree of self-motivation and ambition

  6. A good level of numeracy

  7. Two Wheeler Drivers’ License is must

  8. Fluency in Nepali, Hindi, English Maithili language will be an add on

  9. Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation 

Note: Candidate must have good Personality and be well groomed

Other Information:

  1. Work Location: Head Office in Mujeliya, Janakpur, however is expected to travel in potential market throughout Nepal. And, report to head office once or twice in a month as required.

  2. Travel: Expected to Travel as per business requirement

  3. For Local Travel Petrol Allowance will be provided while for outside territory travel, standard allowance will be provided

  4. Working Week / Hours: 6 Days a week, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, with weekly off on Saturday.

  5. Salary: A combination of a basic salary + commission on target. Monthly Gross NPR 30,000/- to 35,000/-
