Support NSC to develop new schemes or product ranges for new sales development and communicate the same with the team Core
Identify and fulfill gaps in the market and develop new Customers,
Study and analyze sales reports generated from ERP,
Evaluate lead customers, approaching prospects and converting them into our customers,
Connect with customers to assess needs and product fit.
Study Product Gaps and cross-sell and upsell our products to our current customers,·
Supervise and assist Sales representatives for Sales, timely collection of receivables, solving customer grievances, and taking corrective action if required,
Mentor and monitor the Sales Representative’s daily tasks, and progress, evaluate their performance, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
