कामको विवरण
  1. Directly supervises sales personnel and ensures proper completion of all sales duties

  2. Implement and Execute SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for all activities related to Sales with results

  3. Maintain a clear understanding of company policies and ensure compliance.

  4. Carry out research and analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities

  5. Analyzes current client base or target market for the company.

  6. Devises new ways to expand client data base.

  7. Develops promotional and advertising materials for the company.

  8. Clear understanding of the company business strategies and set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.

  9. Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection.

  10. Able to provide quick and timely responses to clients and develop professional long term business relationships.

  11. Provide highest quality of service to the customer at all times. 

  12. Support company service, relationship strategy and drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence to each customer experience.

  13. Attend all department meetings, company meetings and sales events as necessary.

  14. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients to enable future bookings. 

  15. Prepare sales report in order to review the position of the business flow.

Required skills and qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree completed.

  2. At least 5 years’ work experience in a related field.

  3. Good communication skills and networking skills. 

  4. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

  5. Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.

  6. Knowledge of local market and industry.

  7. Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.

Note: Salary is negotiable for deserving candidate.
