1. Open and close the showroom and ensure daily readiness for business operations

2. Greet customers, understand their requirements, and explain product features and usage

3. Take and confirm orders in person and over the phone before billing

4. Prepare paints by tinting, weighing, and mixing as per customer specifications

5. Generate bills, verify material quantities, pack products, and assist with loading and deliveries

6. Maintain daily sales entries, prepare day-closing reports, and update records in the software

7. Monitor stock levels, conduct physical stock verification, and prepare purchase orders for required materials

8. Plan monthly sales targets, manage outstanding payments, and follow up for timely collections
