Job overview:

Khumbila Hotel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by securing corporate, travel agency, and group bookings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our hotel’s offerings in Kathmandu, Gaushala.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development

• Identify and secure new corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.

• Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing for corporate accounts and group bookings.

• Provide personalized solutions to clients to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.

• Marketing & Promotions

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and packages.

• Work with online travel agencies (OTAs) and travel platforms to boost visibility.

• Utilize social media, email marketing, and direct outreach for lead generation.

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

• Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends.

• Track performance against sales targets and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related field.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of hospitality sales techniques and CRM systems.

• Familiarity with OTAs, travel agencies, and corporate sales.

• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

• Fluency in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Marketing.

• Experience in sales within a 3-star or boutique hotel.
