1. Actively sale the products through door to door activities or other ways to Household,
Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), Small Office and Home Office (SOHO).
2. Ensure that the Subscription Form, KYC, and other relevant documents are duly filled,
completed and signed by the Subscriber.
3. Collect all mandatory documents (Company registration copy, PAN copy, ID copy as
requested by the company.
4. Activate the Customer premise equipment (CP) and activate SIM so that everything
works perfectly and customer is happy.
5. Submit complete set of documents to your supervisor on time.
6. Maintain quality of service to customer through service model as mandated by the company.
7. Report daily about sales and activities.
8. Provide after sale service as required by customers.
9. Educate and create awareness among customers about the company's products & tariffs.
10. Maintain the standard and quality of service and have presentable professional work
attire while providing the Services
11. Maintain Code of Conduct at work as mandated by the company
12. Follow the instruction provided by supervisor
13. Must meet the daily, weekly and monthly targets
