 Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at Villa Everest in Kathmandu. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining quality food and beverage standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

 Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
• Food & Beverage knowledge and experience
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a supervisor or in a similar role
