Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist customers at the front desk, provide directions, and offer information when required.

2. Answer customers’ phone calls professionally and forward calls when necessary.

3. Provide accurate and basic information to employees and senior members of the organization.

4. Maintain records of daily incoming mail and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.

5. Handle filing, photocopying, faxing, and other clerical and receptionist duties.

6. Maintain office security by following security procedures and preventing unauthorized persons from entering the organization.

7. Arrange accommodation and travel when required and prepare necessary vouchers.

8. Maintain records of office expenses and costs.

9. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials such as pens, forms, and brochures.

10. Update calendars and schedule meetings.

11. Must be able to communicate confidently in English.

12. Able to manage the cash counter.

13. Handle phone calls and take/forward messages professionally.

Note:

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

English-speaking skills are mandatory.

Candidates with prior experience in cash counter management and reception duties will be given preference.
