1. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly during night hours.

2. Monitor front desk operations and respond to guest inquiries promptly.

3. Maintain security by keeping track of visitors, keys, and CCTV activities.

4. Manage reservations, room allocations, and update booking systems.

5. Handle phone calls, emails, and late-night guest requests professionally.

6. Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure all records are accurate.

7. Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams when needed.

8. Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional presence throughout the night shift.

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality is required.
