कामको विवरण
  1. Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.);

  2. Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill;

  3. Issue invoices and bills;

  4. Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility;

  5. Manage all the cash and do proper handover of the cash to the finance department or in-charge;

  6. Must do proper documentation of the billing and discounts;

  7. Cash handover to finance-department;

  8. Daily closing of credit and cash from the front desk department;

  9. Duty roster of the front desk department;

  10. Leave recommendations of the front desk department staff;

  11. Should create the ambiance in the front desk and should be responsible for the disciplinary rules of the front desk staff;

  12. Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors in person and on the telephone and answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members;

  13. Schedules appointments for the physicians and physician assistant to optimize patient satisfaction, provide time and most effective use of examining and treatment rooms;

  14. Endeavors to keep patients on schedule by reminding providers of service delays;

  15. Assists ill or distraught patients as necessary;

  16. Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition;

  17. Assists patients with insurance papers and billing questions;
