As per Company AgreementReceptionist Responsibilities: 1.Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. 2.Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. 3.Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. 4.Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. 5.Preparing meeting and training rooms. 6.Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. 7.Sorting and distributing mail. 8.Provide excellent customer service. 9.Scheduling appointments.
