• Handle customer queries related to party ledgers and VAT confirmations.

• Visit customer premises to verify provided information and ensure accuracy.

• Regularly follow up with overdue customers and ensure timely payment recovery through effective planning.

• Recommend legal action in cases where customers fail to settle overdue amounts.

• Record all visits and activities in the handheld device (Daily Visit Report).

• Deposit all collected payments in the bank or office on the same day.

• Provide timely reports and updates to the Team Leader as required.

• Ensure payment collection from defaulting parties while maintaining professionalism and tact in communication.
